Flashlights.se is based in Sweden. All information on this page is for international costumers and prices are written in EUR. If you are looking for information in swedish, for swedish costumers, please change your language setting.

Information

1. How does the purchase work?

Add all the products you want into your shopping cart by pressing the ”Buy now” button and then click ”Checkout”.

If you haven’t done so already, you will now be asked to register an account. Follow the on-screen instructions to create an account or sign in an existing account. When you have done this, you can proceed with the checkout process. When your purchase has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you don’t receive this e-mail, please contact us.

Once we have received your order, we will process and ship it as soon as possible (within 24 hours), assuming all products you ordered are in stock.

Once we have received the full payment we will proceed to ship your order. You will be notified by e-mail when the order is shipped.

 

2. Payment methods

For international orders, we handle payments exclusively through paypal (www.paypal.com). You DO NOT have to register at paypal.com in order to pay with your credit card. Paypal is a safe and easy way to pay online.

3. Pricing & VAT

All the prices in our store (www.flashlights.se) are shown including swedish VAT (25%). We reserve the right to change the price of our products at any time, due to changes in currency, import prices or human error. We may change the price or products at any time, including after you have made your purchase. If this is the case, we will contact you and give you the choice to cancel your purchase and have it refunded, or to accept the change in price. If we have shipped you the order, we will honor our pricing and the purchase is final.

4. Group buys & discount by volumes

If you are interested in making a larger purchase, please contact us beforehand. We sell to both organizations and companies and we are happy to provide discounts on larger purchases. We may also provide regular consumers discounts for larger purchases. Please contact us and we’d be glad to answer all your questions or provide you with additional information.

5. Regretted purchase

We give all our costumers, Swedish and International, the chance to regret a purchase within 14 days. You may open the product packaging gently to check if your product works as intended, however, for a return to valid, the product you return to us must be in working, re-sellable condition. If you have received a defect product, please see our paragraph ”Warranty & Returns”. You must also send us the complete packing as well as all included parts and accessories. If you receive a product in blister packing which cannot be re-sealed, we advice you not to open to packaging for the return to be valid. If you have questions regarding this, please contact us. You are always required to contact us before shipping a returned product.
It is at our sole discretion to decide if a return is valid. Should your returned product not meet our requirements we will send it back to you and we may charge you for shipping costs. We check your returned products on the day we receive them in order to refund your purchase or send you a different product as soon as possible.

When sending a product back to us, you are responsible for the product arriving in good condition. You shall also pay all the shipping fees, as well as the fees for us to ship you another product, should you choose to have another product sent to you.

Finally, for a return to be valid, you must be able to provide us a proof of purchase. An order number that matches your returned product is sufficient proof. Preferably use the wrapping we used to send the product to you, or wrapping that is of equal quality, when sending a product to us.

6. Products out of stock

It is currently not possible to add products to your shopping cart that are out of stock. If you want to reserve a product that is out of stock, please contact us. If we are unable to refill our stock of said product, we will contact you. Please expect a delivery time of, up to, 3 weeks for products that are marked as out of stock.

If you want a product from one of our listed manufacturers that we do not have in our listing, please contact us and we will try to purchase it from one of our distributors. This process might take at least 1-3 weeks.

10. Warranty claims

For a warranty claim to be valid, you must provide us a proof of purchase. An order number that matches your returned product is sufficient proof.

All warranty claims are handled through us, so you are required to always contact us first, if you have a product that needs to be fixed or replaced, which is still valid for a warranty claim. We try our best to handle your issue as soon as possible, but if your product needs to be returned to the manufacturer for repair, please allow up to 5-6 weeks for it to be returned to you.

The warranty covers faults in manufacturing. The warranty does not cover regular maintenance and service and does not apply if you have modified, misused, abused or failed to to properly maintain your flashlight. Any attempt to disassemble your flashlight will also void the warranty.

The warranty is valid for:

4Sevens: 10 years
Fenix Lights: 2 years
Olight: 18 months
iTP: 1 year
Tiablo: 1 year

Shipping

11. Shipping costs

We ship all orders from our office in Sweden.

The shipping cost for all orders, despite weight, is always 9EUR. We ship all orders with Priority 1 mail as standard. Additional shipping methods and insurance are available for purchase under ”Shipping upgrades”. Please not that insurance only applies in Sweden, and is no longer valid when your shipment has left Sweden.
